How do I get a demo?

How does pricing work?

Is there a free trial?
Self-serve trials aren't available because deployments require sensor placement and calibration that benefit from our team's involvement. We do offer paid pilots for evaluating Ariadne in a single venue before scaling.
What's the typical deployment timeline?
Two to four weeks from contract to live data, depending on site complexity. Venues using EaseLink with existing Wi-Fi access points can be live in days; greenfield deployments with new sensors typically need an installation visit.

Procurement and contracts
What's included in a typical contract?
Hardware (or EaseLink integration with existing Wi-Fi), dashboard access, onboarding, dedicated success engineering for the first 90 days, and ongoing support. Contract terms are flexible based on venue count and use case.
How does data residency work?
The dashboard's data layer is hosted on the customer's choice of cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP). EU data residency is available where procurement requires it. Ariadne maintains the platform; the customer controls where their data lives.
Is Ariadne audited and certified?
Yes. Ariadne is GDPR-compliant by design, TÜV-audited, Bayern-certified, and Accenture-partnered. Procurement teams can request audit reports through our team.
Support and training
Does Ariadne offer onboarding and training?
Yes. Comprehensive onboarding for the operations team, dedicated success engineering for the first 90 days, and ongoing support thereafter. Training sessions are available remotely or onsite.
What ongoing support is included?
Standard support covers technical assistance, software updates, and access to documentation. Custom support tiers are available for enterprise deployments with stricter SLAs.
